Let's break a leg on another season!
- The Lucille Ball Little Theatre Board of Directors and Patrons
This fall, we welcome you to dive into the fantastical world of "Cats", the second longest-running show in Broadway history.
Based on Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats, by T.S. Eliot, Andrew Lloyd Webber's classic songs became an instant worldwide hit while smashing records and conquering the world with excitement, thrill, romance and intimacy as you enter the world of mysterious "Cats".
Introducting the world to song standards like "Memory", "Macavity the Mystery Cat", and "Mr. Mistoffelees"; "Cats" tells of a particular tribe of felines (the Jellicle Tribe) who inhabit a junkyard and have come together for their annual Jellicle Ball where they will make what is known as "the Jellicle Choice" to decide which cat will ascent to the Heaviside Layer, where they will be reborn to a new Jellicle life.
